Install the app

PostTheMarket installs like an app, with its own icon on your home screen. It opens full-screen, and there's nothing to download from an app store.

Open Safari and go to theiiimarketing.com. It needs to be Safari; other browsers on iPhone may not offer this option.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (at the top on iPad).
Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen. If you don't see it, tap Edit Actions at the bottom of the list and add it.
Tap Add in the top-right corner.
Open PostTheMarket from your home screen and log in. The app keeps its own login, separate from Safari, so you only do this once.

Open Chrome and go to theiiimarketing.com.
Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
Tap Install app. On some phones it's called Add to Home screen.
Tap Install to confirm.
Open PostTheMarket from your home screen or app drawer and log in.

Open Chrome or Microsoft Edge and go to theiiimarketing.com.
Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar. If you don't see it, open the browser menu and choose Cast, save, and share → Install page as app (Chrome) or Apps → Install this site as an app (Edge).
Click Install.
PostTheMarket opens in its own window. Pin it to your taskbar or dock like any other app.

Using Safari on a Mac? Go to the site, then choose File → Add to Dock.
Using Firefox? Firefox doesn't install web apps. Use Chrome, Edge, or Safari instead.

How-to guides

Share a social post from your phone

Open a report and tap ✦ Create Social Post.
Pick a template. The preview updates as you choose.
Tap Share or Save Post and choose Facebook, Instagram, or Save Image. Your caption is copied at the same time, so just paste it into the post.
Facebook and Instagram open their normal post screen. Nothing is posted until you tap Post or Share.

Email a report

Open a report and click ✉ Email Report, then pick a template.
Click 📋 Copy designed email.
Open a new email in Gmail, Outlook, or your mail app (the buttons fill in the subject for you).
Click in the message body and paste. Add a personal note above the report if you'd like, then add recipients and send.

Sending to a large list? Use Download HTML and paste it into Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or your brokerage's email tool. Copying works best on a computer.

How leads reach you

Every post and email includes your personal link, like theiiimarketing.com/your-name/subdivision. When someone requests a home estimate, they confirm their email with a code, and the lead appears on your Leads page marked ✓ Verified, with where it came from (Facebook, Instagram, Email, or QR code). You'll also get an email alert.

Set up your photo and logo

Go to Profile and upload a headshot and your company logo (PNG or JPG). The app removes your photo's background automatically; refresh after a few seconds to see the finished cut-out. A clear photo from about mid-chest up works best.

Common questions

Why do I have to log in again in the app?

On iPhone and iPad, an installed app keeps its own login, separate from Safari. Log in once inside the app and it remembers you for 60 days.

When will I be charged?

Your 14-day free trial starts when you add your card, and you aren't charged during the trial. We'll email you a reminder before it ends. On day 14, your card is charged $19.99, then monthly after that. Your exact first charge date is on your Profile page.

How do I cancel?

Go to your Profile page, click Manage Subscription, then Cancel subscription. Cancel during your trial and you're never charged. Either way, you keep access until the end of your trial or the month you've paid for. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How do I get updates?

Updates are automatic. The app always shows the latest version, so there's nothing to download.

I forgot my password

On the login page, click Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link. It works once and expires after an hour. Logged in already? Change your password at the bottom of your Profile page.

How do I remove the app?

Press and hold the icon and choose Remove App (iPhone) or Uninstall (Android). On a computer, open the app's menu and choose Uninstall. Your account and reports aren't affected.
