Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
In short: Cancel anytime from your Profile page in a couple of clicks. Cancel during your free trial and you'll never be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
Free trial
Your 14-day free trial includes every feature. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged, and you keep access for the rest of the trial. We'll email you a reminder before your trial ends.
How to cancel
- Go to your Profile page and click Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
No phone call or email is needed. You'll get an email confirming the cancellation. If you have any trouble, email support@theiiimarketing.com and we'll cancel it for you.
After you cancel
Your subscription won't renew. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you can still log in to view your existing reports and leads, but you won't be able to create new ones unless you subscribe again.
Refunds
- Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including partial months.
- If you were charged by mistake, for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge you didn't authorize, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
- If you forgot to cancel before your trial ended and haven't used PostTheMarket since being charged, email us within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it.
